What cloting and footwear should i wear for Yoga and Pilates? - what do you wear for pilates
Hey! Im gonna go to a yoga class tonight, I've never been before, so I wonder what I should use. Will also start pilates and know what I use. They are good trainers for your feet? In saying that I am to bring warm clothing as well as?
I do as a club in places such as carpets usually offer?
I am totally new thing for the County Gymnastics Club!
