Plain English advice on DVD recorders please? - recommended dvd recorders

anyone can recommend a good DVD recorder, preferably with built-in hard drive and TNT? I read something about "single digital tuner to provide a problem that will show and record. What is it?

I replaced a Sony RDR-HXD560 (now range from Sony). It is a hard drive with 80 GB and an integrated DVB-T tuner. To use Excellent sound quality, excellent image quality and simple.

A DVB-T single tuner means you can only watch the channel you are recording. However, there are no DVD recorders on the market with twin DVB-T tuner.

But if you have a Freeview box or integrated digital television, no problem. My TV has integrated Freeview so you could see a digital channel while recording another.

Basically, most of the tuner is installed, the more channels you can watch and record at the same time. With a single tuner, you can see what is included, as an old VCR. So you want to at least double tuner, if possible - so you can record one channel and another one to see. Some of them can even be recorded simultaneously.

You do not have a recommendation for you, good luck! Be sure to read all the data and asks for comments, which test you.

An important point, they are not with cable or satellite. Or you can in the context of working with many problems.

For example, the only way to record from Comcast DVR is parallel video and audio-video recorder to your TV and DVD recorder both connected. Then watch the program during recording.

Or you can use the DVD recorder, video and audio output to connect your TV, but again, we must see to register themselves.
